VEGAN ROCHER BALLS

I gave it this name because I added some hazelnuts to this recipe. Never imagined that vegan desserts could be this tasty. Believe me, it’s worth trying the recipe! The prepping of this recipe only takes 15 minutes. Not going to lie, this plate was finished in one day. Now that I found the perfect recipe for these delicious vegan balls I’m about to create more flavors.


Ingredients:

-250gr of raw cacao butter

-250gr of cacao powder

-3 tablespoons of maple syrup

-Hazelnuts 

-Chili flakes

-Sea salt

-Silicone baking mat with round cavity

Recipe:

1.Take a steelpan and place it on a low fire.

2.Add the raw cacao butter to the steelpan.

3.Once the butter is melted, add the maple syrup, cacao powder and a

pinch of sea salt.

4.Mix everything together.

5.Crunch the hazelnuts and divide over the silicone baking mat.

6.On top of the crunched hazelnuts, add the mixture that’s in your steelpan.

7.Sprinkle some chili flakes on top.

8.Place the silicone mat on a plate and place this in the fridge for about 4

hours until ready.
