VEGAN OATMEAL WITH ALMONDS AND GRAPEFRUIT

Good morning everyone.

This morning I made oatmeal with almond milk, white and red grapefruit. Super easy recipe and nothing tastes better than a bowl of fresh oatmeal in the morning.



Serves up to one person

Ingredients:

- 4 tablespoons of oatmeal

- ½ of white grapefruit

- ½ of red grapefruit

- 1 tablespoon of roasted almonds

- 130ml of almond milk

- 2 tablespoons of almond powder

- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

- Pinch of cinnamon


Recipe:

1. Heat the almond milk in a cooking pot on a medium-high fire.

2. Add the oatmeal to the cooking pot once the milk is warm and lower the

fire.

3. In the meanwhile, peal the grapefruits and cut them in small pieces.

4. When the oatmeal gets the right consistency you can add the almond

powder.

5. Stir the mixture together.

6. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

7. When serving I like to add some roasted almonds, maple syrup, pinch of cinnamon and the peeled grapefruits.
