Amazing and healthy appetizer with a glass of bubbles.

Easy recipe and it takes only 5 minutes. How amazing is that?


- 180gr of fresh tuna

- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce

- 4 tablespoons of sesame oil

- ½ lemon

- Scallion

- Black sesame seeds

- 1 dried black lemon (optional)


1. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and pressed lemon together in a small bowl.

2. Cut the scallion in thin rings.

3. Before doing the next step, make sure you wash your hands. Cut the tuna in thin slices (see picture) and lay the sliced tuna on the plate.

4. Sprinkle some sauce over the tune, add to your liking. Add some sliced scallion and black sesame seeds.

5. Optional: grate some dried black lemon on top. If you do not have this at home, you can also use a regular lemon.
