What can go wrong if you mix chocolate and strawberries together? Nothing. It tastes amazing and nothing to feel guilty about. Don’t forget to spoil yourself sometimes. As you can see the coconut flakes are my favorite. After 30 minutes this plate was empty. Have a nice evening everyone, love Cece.

- 1 batch of strawberries

- 100ml of full cream

- 50gr of butter

- 200gr of dark chocolate

- Coconut flakes or powder

- Pistachio crumble

1. Rinse the strawberries and place them aside on a paper towel.

2. Place a small cooking pot on a high fire.

3. Add the cream to the cooking pot and let it cook until boiling point. Afterwards lower the fire.

4. Add the butter to the cream and let it melt.

5. Take a mixing bowl and add the chocolate.

6. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces.

7. Add the mixture of the cream and the butter to your mixing bowl with chocolate pieces.

8. Use a whisk to stir everything together, until the chocolate is completed melted.

9. Your chocolate sauce is ready now.

10. Hold your strawberry (on the crown side) and dip it into the chocolate sauce. I covered 2/3rdof the strawberry with chocolate sauce. Repeat this with each strawberry.

11. Sprinkle some coconut flakes / powder or pistachio crumble on top of the strawberry covered in chocolate.

12. Place a parchment / baking paper on a plate and place the strawberries on top of the parchment / baking paper.

13. Place the plate in the fridge for at least 1.30h so they can cool down.
