I think these nachos are one of my favorite snacks to eat while watching a movie. Enjoy your tasty nachos while they’re hot!

Serves up to 4 people (or 2 when you are very hungry).


- 200gr of tortilla chips

- 150gr of grated cheddar cheese

- 1 red onion

- 2 branches of spring onion

- 2 (ripe) tomatoes

- 100gr of sour cream

- Cayenne powder

- Finely chopped parsley

- Olive oil

- White balsamic vinegar

- Salt

- Pepper

- Oregano herbs

- Sriracha mayonnaise (see recipe)


1. Preheat your oven on 175°C.

2. Place your chips in an oven dish and sprinkle a little bit of cayenne powder on top of the chips (add to your own liking).

3. Sprinkle your cheddar cheese on top of the chips and place the oven dish in the oven for about 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

4. In the meanwhile, take a mixing bowl.

5. Cut your tomatoes in fine cubes and place them in the mixing bowl. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.

6. Add the chopped parsley to the mixing bowl.

7. Season with a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper.

8. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of white balsamic vinegar and stir thoroughly.

9. Chop your spring onion into fine rings and put them in a bowl with ice cold water.

10. Get the nachos out of the oven and place them in a bowl.

11. Add the tomato salsa, a little bit of the Sriracha mayonnaise and a scoop of the sour cream.

12. On top of all of this, you add some spring onion.

Enjoy the nachos while they are hot.
