MELTED CAMEMBERT

Nothing beats melted cheese with a piece of bread, delicious and I cannot get enough of it! It is not hard to prepare this but it’s important that you do know how! My go to appetizer.




Ingredients:

- 1 camembert (I use the round one in the wooden box)

- Branches of thyme

- Pepper


Recipe:

1. Preheat your oven on 175°C.

2. Remove the camembert from the packaging.

3. Place it back in the wooden box (make the box a little wet) OR place it in

a small pan (see picture).

4. By using a knife, make some incisions in the camembert.

5. Place in those incisions the branches of thyme. You can never use enough

thyme.

6. Place the camembert in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.

7. Season with pepper and serve with bread.
