Homemade mayonnaise tastes 10 times better than the ones you can buy in the store. A basic recipe that everyone should be able to make.

Serves up to 4 people


- 4 egg yolks

- 1 tablespoon of white balsamic vinegar

- 1 tablespoon of water

- 1 tablespoon of mustard

- 4dl of plant based oil

- Pepper

- Salt


1. Take a mixing bowl and add the egg yolks.

2. Mix the egg yolks with a whisk until you get an even mixture.

3. Add the mustard, vinegar and water to the egg mixture.

4. Mix everything together.

5. Add the oil, little by little, to the mixture.

6. Season with salt and pepper.

7. Tip: if the mayonnaise is too thick you can add a little extra water.
