This delicious vinaigrette pimps every dish. It goes well with any type of salad or even with a tartare of fish. It has a soft flavor and the aftertaste is a little bit spicy thanks to the dill.
Ingredients:
- Fresh dill
- 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1,5 tablespoon of grain mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
Recipe:
1. Finely chop up the dill and place the finely chopped dill in a small mixing bowl.
2. Add the sunflower oil, sesame oil, vinegar and grain mustard.
