Yummie, this dressing is super healthy and healthy. The pretty green color makes your plate look even better. I like to combine this sauce with my homemade spicy oil.

I use this yogurt sauce in salads, wraps and so many other dishes.

- 1 avocado

- 250gr of Greek yogurt

- ½ of lemon

- Chili oil (check other recipe)

- 3 branches of parsley

- Garlic powder

- Cayenne powder

- Salt

- Pepper

- Water


1. Peel the avocado and remove the core.

2. Put the peeled avocado in the blender, add the Greek yogurt, leaves of the parsley, little bit of water, juice from the ½ lemon.

3. Afterwards add all the spices (salt, pepper, garlic and cayenne powder).

4. Mix it all together until you get one creamy mixture.

5. Serve it in a small bowl with some chili oil on top.
